Starting November 11, there's a new way to pay your auto loan
No action is required today. Please keep paying as usual until 11/11. Here's what's changing and what to do that day.
What's changing?
New web payment portal
Pay from your phone or computer, anytime.
The app is being discontinued
Starting 11/11, please use the new web portal. You can add it to your phone's home screen.
New ways to pay
Cash with eCash and digital wallets. Credit cards will no longer be accepted.
What do you need to do?
Today: nothing. Please keep paying as usual until 11/11.
On November 11, check your email: you will receive a message from no-reply@repay.io to set up your password. It's safe and comes from REPAY, our new payment provider. The link expires in 8 hours, so please complete the setup the same day. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
